Terms of use.

These terms govern your use of FurnishFit. By using the app, you agree to them.

What the service does

FurnishFit uses a LiDAR room scan on supported iPhones or guided capture on other supported iPhones to prepare an AI furnishing proposal. A reviewed LiDAR flow can include Keep or Remove choices for detected furniture. Guided results remain approximate unless the app clearly labels stronger calibration evidence. The launch app does not create designs from a single or imported photo.

FurnishFit may plan furniture categories, size ranges, and placements before image generation, but an AI proposal can still contain visual, dimensional, preservation, or placement errors.

Your content

You retain responsibility for photos and instructions you submit. You must have permission to use them and must not submit illegal content or images that violate another person’s privacy or rights.

Remote generation remains unavailable until FurnishFit has written provider terms that are acceptable for private room content and consistent with this policy. If that feature is enabled, you give FurnishFit and its approved service providers the permission disclosed at that time to provide, secure, and support the requested service. FurnishFit does not use production room content to train or fine-tune its own models without a separate, explicit opt-in and reviewed data-governance process.

Paid app access

The planned U.S. App Store price is $2.99 upfront. FurnishFit has no login, subscription, or In-App Purchase. The app purchase includes one successfully completed design. A failed, cancelled, timed-out, provider-error, or rejected request does not count as the completed design.

When remote design is enabled, FurnishFit’s service verifies signed Apple AppTransaction evidence and App Attest security evidence before accepting the included request. This verification is server-authoritative. It may not be transferable outside the recovery behavior Apple and the final production service can prove.

Apple processes payment and decides App Store refund requests. A verified refund or revocation may end access to an unused included design. Exact recovery, refund, revocation, and retention behavior must be approved and disclosed before release.

Local projects

There is no FurnishFit account to delete. Saved projects stay in the app’s local storage and can be deleted from Designs. Uninstalling the app removes local projects, subject to iOS backup behavior. Separate pseudonymous purchase, security, and request records may be retained by the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass quotas, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected service components, submit malicious files, or use FurnishFit for unlawful activity. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service.

Availability

AI generation may be delayed, rejected, or unavailable because of measurement quality, validation failure, maintenance, provider capacity, usage limits, or network conditions. Features may change as the service improves. A feature described as planned or unavailable is not part of the current service.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, FurnishFit is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FurnishFit is not responsible for purchases, installation decisions, property damage, or other losses based on a visualization or estimate.

Apple

These terms are between you and FurnishFit, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
