Terms of use.

These terms govern your use of FurnishFit. By using the app, you agree to them.

What the service does

FurnishFit uses a LiDAR room scan on supported iPhones or guided capture on other supported iPhones to prepare an AI furnishing proposal. A reviewed LiDAR flow can include Keep or Remove choices for detected furniture. Guided results remain approximate unless the app clearly labels stronger calibration evidence. The launch app does not create designs from a single or imported photo.

FurnishFit may plan furniture categories, size ranges, and placements before image generation, but an AI proposal can still contain visual, dimensional, preservation, or placement errors.

Your content

You retain responsibility for photos and instructions you submit. You must have permission to use them and must not submit illegal content or images that violate another person’s privacy or rights.

The service uses a Cloudflare Worker, a fixed Cloudflare Llama planner, direct OpenAI GPT Image 2 editing, and a fixed Cloudflare Moondream detector.

When you start a design, you authorize FurnishFit and the processors named in the Privacy Policy to process the reviewed room image, derived masks, bounded scene metadata, Keep or Remove choices, and written brief needed to provide, secure, validate, and support your request. Raw depth and confidence rasters stay on the iPhone. You must have permission to capture and submit the room and any person, document, artwork, or other protected material visible in it. Do not use FurnishFit to identify a person or infer private or sensitive information about them.

OpenAI’s published service controls include automated safety review and potential manual review of flagged image inputs. Default API abuse-monitoring retention may be up to 30 days. FurnishFit does not claim Zero Data Retention until its exact project is approved and verified. See the Privacy Policy for the current provider and service-record boundaries.

Paid app access

The U.S. App Store price is $2.99 upfront. FurnishFit has no login, subscription, or In-App Purchase. The app purchase includes one successfully completed design. A failed, cancelled, timed-out, provider-error, moderated, or rejected request does not count as the completed design.

FurnishFit automatically obtains Apple’s signed AppTransaction at launch and the service verifies it with App Attest security evidence before accepting the included request. This verification is server-authoritative. No FurnishFit login or review account is required.

Apple processes payment and decides App Store refund requests. A verified refund or revocation may end access to an unused included design.

Local projects

There is no FurnishFit account to delete. Saved projects stay in the app’s local storage and can be deleted from Designs. Uninstalling the app removes local projects, subject to iOS backup behavior. Deleting a local project does not itself delete separate pseudonymous paid-download, App Attest, settlement, request-hash, or security records. Their lifetimes and the rights-request path are described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass quotas, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected service components, submit malicious files, or use FurnishFit for unlawful activity. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service.

Availability

AI generation may be delayed, rejected, or unavailable because of measurement quality, validation failure, maintenance, provider capacity, usage limits, or network conditions. Features may change as the service improves.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, FurnishFit is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FurnishFit is not responsible for purchases, installation decisions, property damage, or other losses based on a visualization or estimate.

Apple

These terms are between you and FurnishFit, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
