Welcome to FurnishFit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and FurnishFit ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the FurnishFit mobile application ("App").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by FurnishFit, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The FurnishFit name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of FurnishFit or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FURNISHFIT, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
This includes, without limitation, damages for:

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FurnishFit regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the App.
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be void.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
